Renders that fail to complete
If your render fails, we automatically support retrying it at no extra cost — photos that already processed successfully aren't re-charged or re-processed. If, after reasonable retries, we genuinely cannot deliver a finished video, you're entitled to a full refund of that order.
Renders that complete but you're unhappy with the result
Because each render consumes real, non-refundable AI generation cost on our end, completed renders are generally final sale.
