Terms of Service

AEROVUE.AI ("we," "us," "the Service") converts property photos you upload into AI-generated video walkthroughs ("Renders"). You upload photos, select a package, pay, and we deliver the resulting video file(s) to your account dashboard.

All orders are one-time payments processed via Stripe — Widescreen ($50), TikTok/Vertical ($50), or Bundle ($65). We do not store your card details; Stripe handles all payment processing under its own terms.

You retain all ownership rights to the photos you upload and the Renders we generate for you. You represent that you own or have the legal right to use every photo you upload, and that doing so doesn't violate any third party's rights (e.g. a photographer's copyright on MLS listing photos you didn't take yourself).

You may not upload photos depicting illegal content, content you don't have rights to, or anything intended to deceive (e.g. photos of a property you don't have authorization to market).

Renders are generated using third-party AI video models (currently Higgsfield). Output quality, accuracy, and exact runtime are not guaranteed — the AI may render architectural details, lighting, or motion imperfectly. You're responsible for reviewing a Render before using it in marketing materials.

We do not currently guarantee MLS or portal compliance for delivered Renders — check your local MLS/ board's rules on AI-generated or AI-enhanced media before publishing.

If a Render fails to complete, our system supports retrying without re-charging you. If a Render cannot be completed after reasonable retries, see our Refund Policy.

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Renders, including lost sales or marketing outcomes tied to a listing.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
